- The staff are all very kind and always treat us with great care.
- There is a dedicated LINE account, and whenever I had any problems or concerns, I could contact them through LINE. They always responded quickly and appropriately, which gave me a great sense of security.
Atmosphere
Excellent
- The atmosphere was wonderful, and I was able to make friends with people from many different countries.
- We often chatted, shared meals together, and enjoyed truly fun and fulfilling days. It was a wonderful experience, and the time I spent here has become a precious memory.
Cleanliness
OK
- I am also grateful to the elderly lady who takes care of the cleaning, she always kept everything neat and tidy.
- However, I did notice that some people did not clean up their dishes after meals, which was a bit disappointing. The cleaning was thorough, but I felt it was a pity that a few residents’ manners did not match the effort.
Location
Excellent
- The location is also very convenient. Hanshin Amagasaki Station is very close, with easy access to Umeda and Kobe, and there is even a direct train to Namba, which makes traveling very comfortable.
- One of the local shops I recommend is Spice Tantanmen Specialty Shop Koshinyakumen, where you can enjoy authentic, spice-rich tantanmen.
- With excellent transportation and many attractive shops nearby, it is a very convenient environment for both daily life and going out.
