- everyone is warm, it will be 5 point if everyone can follow the hours noise rules, sometime can be noisy above the limited hours but i understand we have a lot of people

- its near to the metro, but for me who really need easy access to the center it needs time, but all depends on the preference, for someone who looking for a quite environment then SEN will suitable for them.
