- in my old share house we also had trips with the staff members → everyone has a chance to join and nobody gets excluded.

- but tenants (me included) leave the living room sometimes messy.

- 2 train stations within 5-10mins
- I could also walk to tennoji (~1hour)
- Namba (~1h30min) easily
