I really appreciated how quickly you got me a room when my previous accommodation fell through, and how helpful you were when I had questions.

It wasn’t the fault of the staff/company of course, but I felt like all the residents already had their own friends in the building, so it was hard to meet people or hang out with people. Only a few of them even spoke to me.

Mostly good, especially in general areas like the kitchen, but there were a few spots that seemed to get missed a lot, e.g. when you’re in the toilet with the door closed there is a massive line of dust/grime going up the wall, and when I moved in, I tried to put a bag under my bed for storage, and it immediately came out covered in a thick coating of dust.
