This time, I introduce “Specialty handmade delicious tofu shop” in Komagawa shopping street. It is 90 yen for one tofu, and 150 yen for deep-fried tofu(4 pieces). The landlady asked me “Which one would you like?”. She reminds me my mother. I made a boiled tofu and a sliced deep-fried tofu with soup. I could understand the difference of taste of tofu between a handmade and a supermarket. The taste of soy spread in my mouth. I will certainly come here again. Next time, I decided to buy that big “Kyo-age”. I like Osaka likeness of Komagawa shopping street!
