Excellent
- Staff is always trying to resolve the problems as best as they can.
- I always felt heard and understood, so big compliments!
- Only minus is that the resolving the internet problem is taking so long, but that that
- Is not the SEN staff fault, but the internet provider.

Only thing that kinda bothered me was a super hard mattress, I had to buy my own futon because it was painful to sleep on top of that.
Cleanliness
Good
- It’s definitely cleaner than other sharehouses I have been in to, but there is still space for improvement.
- I feel like current cleaning staff (we call him Osoji Oji-san) is having hard time to keep up with physically taxing work like cleaning such a big house. So maybe he could use some help. Maybe even ask someone from the tenants?
- Also washing machine could be better.
