The interior is being finished! Amagasaki ShareHouse ENN HYGOG Construction Update

JOURNAL|TESEN

The newly built share house in Amagasaki, ENN HYOGO, is about to start construction on the interior! The pillars have all been assembled, and the house is slowly starting to look more and more like a share house, with walls being built, stairs being built, a courtyard, and the colors of the wallpaper in the rooms being decided!

This is the staircase leading from the first floor to the second floor. There is still no footing. I am surprised that the staircase is made like this!

Until now, there were construction scaffolds to get to the second floor, but those scaffolds will be removed when the stairs are built.

The courtyard area seen from the first floor hallway is also very open. The gravel area now will be planted with trees and a plaza where everyone can gather together.

This is the hallway area on the second floor. On the right side of the photo is a row of rooms. The second floor is also very bright with all-glass windows!

The wooden frames embedded in the window frames are very stylish and give the room a slightly museum-like atmosphere.

It is just bright! Glass is embedded in every direction, so it’s bright no matter where you are. The room, which was supposed to be dark, is going to be very bright!

This is the living and dining area on the first floor. Construction is proceeding at a rapid pace! This is before the ceiling is put up, so you can see the wood, which is also cool!

Two large kitchens will be installed here. There will be a system that will allow communication between those who cook and those who eat! Please look forward to it!

Please feel free to contact us for a preview or tour at any time. What kind of property will this newly built share house for 40 people at the foot of Amagasaki Castle be? We are very much looking forward to seeing it!
