Excellent
- The staf was exceptionally kind and understanding, very flexible with requests and very helpful. Had no issues with communicating in English or Japanese. Overall excellent.
Atmosphere

- Kind, energetic and fun younger crowd of folks at the house, always up for fun and never a dull moment.
- It can be a bit noisy at times, so just be aware of that, however there is a hard limit on noise, and from 11:30pm people do their best to quiet down, so if you’re a night owl, no issues at all
Cleanliness
OK
- Things are getting better, but the kitchen and living space can be a bit dirty and disorganized sometimes, but especially in the morning, leaving some of those who get up earlier for work to deal with the mess.
- However, it is definitely getting better, the showers are in general quite clean.

Very nice location, only 5 minutes from Komagawa Nakano station on the Tanimachi line and only 10 minutes from Tennoji by train, or 20 by cycling.
