In this blog, we would like to introduce the owner of a share house in Amagasaki.
This share house in Amagasaki is the second share house TESEN will be involved in as a management contractor, following the share house HAYA OSAKA, which opened in 2020.
Together with the owner and his wife, pictured in the photo, we will create something unprecedented and amazing in Amagasaki! The project is now underway.
This project will not be limited to a share house, but will likely change the city of Amagasaki itself.
The owner and his wife are always cheerful people who really light up the air around them.
They make me laugh a lot during our online meetings.
There are many times when there is a big laugh.
Here is the policy of the owner and his wife.
It is “Just have fun and be excited! “ That is their policy.
It would be a waste if people of different nationalities, genders, and ages were not having fun and excitement living together under one roof.
It would be a waste if it is not fun and exciting.
We want to create a share house where you can not only live, but also gain many experiences, feelings, and experiences.
It’s going to be such a hot, relaxing, and heartwarming share house.
The Corona Disaster has created boundaries for individuals,
I feel that this has given us a great hint for the future of living.
We feel the importance of human connections once again, and it looks like we’re about to create a share house unlike any other here in Amagasaki.
